Scott B. Saul, Esq.
Scott B. Saul has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1987. Practicing criminal defense law since 1991. Prior to that, he was a prosecutor in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office (working under former U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno) from 1987-1991.
Mr. Saul represents clients in criminal investigations and defense. He has extensive experience in representing all types of cases where a person has been arrested, is under investigation, or is a possible target of an investigation.
Mr. Saul also handles Department of Professional responsibility matters, Florida Bar grievance and disciplinary proceedings and other types of licensing issues. A criminal case may have professional, licensing or immigration consequences for which Mr. Saul offers quality representation.
Professional Achievements:
Has tried over 220 jury trials to verdict; has obtained multiple acquittals and has had numerous cases dismissed based upon factual and legal grounds;
Acting staff counsel and legal advisor to the United Correctional Officers Federation;
Chairman for Bar Grievance Committee (2000-2003);
Recognized authority on application of insanity defense;
Founding partner for The Immigration Law Center (1996-1999);
Has tried [and won] six pro-bono civil jury trials representing defendants.

- Past adjunct professor at Florida International University, St. Thomas University, Barry University (highest rated professor for spring semester 1989) , Broward Community College and the University of Miami;
- Guest lecturer at various colleges and professional seminars;
- Legal advisor for television and radio programs relevant to criminal law;
